Album 1: Contains memorabilia related to the Sea Cadet Corps and global travel including photographs, magazine articles, newspaper clippings, certificates, official documents, programs. Documents date from 1942 to 1948.

Album 2: Contains memorabilia relating to global travel including photographs, menus, pamphlets programmes, guide books, newspaper clippings, Documents date from 1948 to 1958.

Album 3: Contains memorabilia related to Cunard Steamship Company Limited including invitations, passenger lists, promotional pamphlets, menus, cards, newspaper clippings, magazine articles, photos, and letters. Also includes documents relating to Kent Line Limited, Motor Vessel Owners, the Royal Navy, and Royal Mail Ships. Documents date from 1958 to 1968.

Album 4: Contains documents notes, photographs, and newspaper clippings related to the Titanic, the Queen Mary I and II, The Queen Elizabeth II the Queen Mary II, the Royal Navy, the Royal Merchant Navy; the Royal Canadian Navy, the United States Navy, and the Shanghai Incident of 1949.

Album 5: Contains photos of North West Territories Marine Operations from 1976 to 1979.

Fonds consists of photocopies of documents, certificates, and correspondence relating to the service of Alonzo Nickerson, Captain of the steamer Tordenskjold from 1898 to 1915. Also includes one photograph of 4 women and a girl holding a bouquet and ribbon in front of an unnamed ship, possibly SS Tordenskjold.

Fonds consists of a journal prepared by an officer of HMS Daring (on station 1874-1898) in 1879. Contains remarks on mercantile naval courts, references to mercantile shipping acts, and records of correspondence dating from 28 February 1876 to 18 February 1880, referring to Mr. A.N.C. King.

Fonds consists of a framed photograph of HMCS Digby (1942), HMCS Minas (1941), and HMCS Port Colborne (1943), and a letter of recommendation for A.S. Andrews from the Navy League of Canada to the Captain of M/V Bonnington Court.

Also includes a Canadian Pacific Steamship menu for a goodbye dinner held 5 April 1940 with approx 10 signatures inside, a continuous certificate of discharge booklet issued by the Department of marine & Fisheries Canada for Arthur Stewart Andrews recording discharges from CPR ships between 1936 and 1941, and 12 black and white photos of CPR ships which were removed from a photo album prior to being donated

Fonds contains photos, documents, correspondence, and promotional material including pamphlets and posters related to the Victoria Line, Victoria to Seattle, as well as ships plan for the SS Princess Marguerite II and blueprints for the Vancouver Island Princess Terminal at Ogden Point in Victoria BC. Fonds consists of a folder containing correspondence regarding the Canadian Pacific Railway Company Steamship Service and the Brotherhood of Railway and Steamship Clerks, Freight Handlers, Express and Station Employees. Documents are related to changes being made to meal checks, the issue of shortages sustained by cashiers and complaints and problems aboard SS Nanaimo, SS Princess Elizabeth, SS Princess Joan, and TEV Princess Marguerite.

Also includes a folder containing general correspondence, reports, and financial statements regarding Canadian Pacific British Railway Company Steamship service and Union Steamships Limited relating to the 1954 voyages of SS Yukon Princess and SS Cassiar.

Fonds consists of an envelope with a drawing of Captain Cook sent via Paquebot Mail from the Cook Passage, Nootka Sound, Vancouver Island, to the curator of "The Museum", Victoria, BC. Also includes a letter describing the meaning of the envelope, and a one page history of Paquebot mail, dated September 1978.
