Fonds consists of principal dimension sheets for ships built by Barrow Shipbuilding Company dating from 1883 to 1886. These plans are the work of James S. Clark, naval architect, born in the U.K. who worked for Barrow Shipbuilding, Mitsukiski Shipbuilding (Japan), and finally Victoria Machinery Depot.

Fonds consists of two photo albums containing photographs of heavy industrial and sawmill equipment and various vessels.

Fonds also includes 4 scrapbook. One contains Furguson's awards, certificates, press coverage clippings and photos, and a list of awards. The others include records and prints of the model of TB Bandera, list of specs and parts, and photos of studies of TB Bandera.

Fonds consists of three photo albums containing memorabilia and photographs of TSMV Princess of Vancouver and other B.C. Coast Service Ships, dating to the 1950s and seating cards for Mr. and Mrs. D.B. Prentice at the Launch of TSMV Princess of Vancouver, 7 March 1955.
