Fonds consists of a photostat of a Poem called "Chief Douglas's Daughter". It is a poem written by Ben Griffin, prefactor of Boomerang Inn, giving an account of the elopement of Alice, daughter of Sir James Douglas, with Charles Good, the then Colonial Secretary, ca. 1861. Charles Good was the donor's Great Uncle - the "Drake" referred to in the poem was the Grandfather of Montague Drake.

Fonds consists of a handwriten letter and data salvages from the wreck of the Strathan, 1900. The letter is dated 29 September 1899 from Bee to George F. Wake, Esq. Also, a photograph of a young lady, presumed to be Bee. The two envelopes addressed to Mr. Wake are torn.

Taped inside the front cover of the booklet is a letter of commersation from the supervisor, dazzle section, Margot Moser, dated 1919. The first two fly leaf pages contain signatures of all those who worked in the section including Norman Wilkinson, Montague Dawson, etc.
