        History

        ): Single screw, iron passenger ship, 3,119 tons gross, barque rigged with three masts. Built in the United Kingdom as Chilean for the British and South American Steam Navigation Company. But, when this firm went bankrupt in 1866, she was acquired by the National Steam Navigation Company of Liverpool and renamed Denmark. 701 First Class and 200 Steerage passengers, operated between the United Kingdom and New York. She was scrapped in Italy in 1895.
