Fonds consists of a typewritten account of the HMCS Thiepval minesweeper, titled "Ten Thousand Miles on the Thiepval", by Frederick B. Watt, copied from the Edmonton Journal 25 October 1924.

Also includes a booklet titled "Boy Blue's Verses", by Frederick Balmer Watt, Royal Naval Canadian Volunteer Reserve, published in Edmonton, Alberta, 1918.

Fonds consists of a photo album and certificates of service, competency, and discharge relating to whaling and the work of Frederick Alexander McKie dating from 1947 to 1969.
