              Fonds consists of an examiner's certificate of qualification stating that William Thomas Dunlin is qualified to discharge the duties of examiner in navigation and seamanship, dated 23 April 1894.

              Also includes a passenger list for RMS Tahiti dated 10 October 1913 including route chart, pages 34 and 35 from the San Francisco Chronicle dated 16 January 1915, a package of participant permits (all permits have been torn out) from the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco 1915 signed by J. Millford with an envelope, and a ticket for the California Pacific International Exposition in San Diego, 1935.

              Fonds consists of assorted passenger lists, guest lists, postcards, correspondence, and invitations relating primarily to voyages to and from Manila, dating from 1921 and 1930 to 1938. There are also two United States Philippine Islands passports issued in 1931 and 1934 to Ina Elizabeth Olnick (born in Chicago 25 November 1899), accompanied by children: Benjamin S., Jr., Van M., and Barbara Lucille. The letters numbered 0010 and 0011 survived the bombing of Manila in World War II and were brought by the donor's father to Seattle in 1945 after his internment by the Japanese at Santo Tomas University, Manila, Philippine Islands, from 1942 to 1945. Also, a framed souvenir coloured drawing of the Canadian Pacific Steamship Empress of Japan.

              Fonds consists of the black, leather diary of E.A. Morris, father of the donors. The diary is divided into three trips, London to New York on Board the Steamship Danmark from 11 April to 28 April 1877, New York to San Fransisco by train from 28 April to 10 May 1877, and San Fransisco to Cassiar Mines via Victoria, BC on board the City of Panama from 19 May to 16 June 1877. There are also, additional notes up to 1886. Slipped inside the diary is a card for the National Steamship Company, Limited with a plan of the cabin of the steamship Denmark.

              Fonds consists of papers including A.H. Crocker's engineering certificate (1913), honour roll certificate from public school (1894), and registration of certified marine engineers (1918). Also contains A.H. Crocker's and Frank Crocker's notes. An electrical catalogue, Canadian Pacific place-mats, a map of Alexandria, historical notes on USS Coronis and a timetable of the Gulf Island run. Includes three photographs of A.H. Crocker and an oil painting of Princess Victoria reputed to be done by a cook on the ship. The collection also includes newspaper clippings of CP Ships, employees, and activities as well as a taped interview with A.H. Crocker about the Canadian Pacific dated 15 December 1987.
