              George R. MacFarlane's collection consists of documents including notes, certificates of service, biographical information, medical records, records of examinations, reports, Canadian Forces Base, Esquimalt constitutions and by-laws, maps, charts, and correspondence dating from 1946 to the 1970s. Also includes identity cards and a war service badge dated 1998.

              Also includes a booklet titled "Notes on Court Martial Procedure" published by the office of the deputy judge advocate with an 1956 HMCS Stettler stamp and three copies of a form titled "Particulars Respecting Candidate for Acting Sub-Lieutenant", revised November, 1933.
