Slipped inside the back of the first book is a certificate issued by the general register and record office of shipping and seamen dated 15 January 1919, listing the vessels on which C. Bonner served from 1916 to 1918.

Also includes a certificate of competency first class engineer (steamship) for Clarence J. Bonner no. 60423 dated 10 September 1924 and a photocopy of a scroll/monument awarded to Clarence J. Bonner by Canadian Pacific Railway Company for his service during World War I.

Includes handwritten notes, poems, and drawings, narrative accounts of various naval operations, professional correspondence, instructions, and several issues of "Serial Waves" newsletter. These documents are housed in an RMS Empress of Russia leather document holder.

Fonds consists of the personal and professional papers of Harold C. Saunders relating to his naval career including a certificate of indenture and correspondence dating to the 1880s and pilotage certificates, pilotage exemption certificates, and permits dating from 1914 to 1917.

Also includes documents and correspondence relating to his his World War I service including newspaper clippings, and documents specifically relating to his time as a prisoner of war in the Karlsruhe POW camp in Germany in 1918.

Also includes correspondence between the Canadian Government Merchant Marine Limited, dating to 1922.

Fonds also includes black and white travel photographs of the South Pacific including Sidney, Australia, Malta, Singapore, ect., and three photo albums of travel photographs and photographs of various vessels. One photo is dated 1894, others are dated from 1903 to 1913.

Fonds consists of photographs, photographs cut out of newspapers and magazines, a continuous certificate of discharge, a certificate as fourth class engineer, an identity certificate, and assorted correspondence related to the service of Floyd Norman Vangen dating from 1940 to 1949.

Also includes a framed certificate of competency as second class engineer dated 1956 and, taped to the reverse side of the frame, a certificate of competency as third class engineer dated 1952.

Also includes a souvenir photobook of travel from Prince Rupert, British Columbia to Skagway, Alaska, assorted black and white photographs, unidentified but probably also of the NorthWest coast, and several postcards.

Fonds consists of 3 photographs, 2 framed, of the Princess Charlotte, Princess Kathleen, and Princess Victoria ships. The photographs were owned by the donor's father, Captain Jeffrey Hannay, who worked for the Canadian Pacific Railway in the 1950s.

Also includes a fourth photograph of an unnamed sailor, a Canadian Merchant Marine identification card for Jeffrey Hannay containing stamps dating from 1941 to 1946, two green journals containing notes and measurements, and a gyro compass instruction manual published August 1942.

Fonds consists of documents and memorabilia collected by several members of the Pullen family relating to their various naval careers.

A book titled "The Pullen Records" consisting of photocopies of various records. The records consist generally of a number of historical records of HM Ships in the Arctic compiled by H.F. Pullen in 1954. Specifically included is the log book of T.C. Pullen, Royal Navy, from HMS Cambria and HMS North Star, extracts of T.C. Pullen's journals kept while master of HMS North Star in the 1850s, an extract from the admiralty board of inquiry where T.C. Pullen was a witness, a monthly meteorological report from September 1852 to April 1854, extracts of naval messages and correspondence, a map of the routes taken by W.J.S. Pullen from 1849 to 1851 in the Arctic, an account of the search for the Franklin expedition, and general notes of the life of Vice-Admiral W.J.S. Pullen.

Log book kept by Commander William J.S. Pullen from the HMS Falcon in 1855 and HMS Cyclops dating from 1857 to 1860. Also, a newspaper clipping of the obituary of Vice-Admiral William J.S. Pullen, describing his accomplishments with the South Australia Company, in the Bay of Fundy, on an expedition in search of Sir John Franklin, and commanding HMS North Star in Sir E. Belcher's Arctic expedition, among others. Includes a section titled "Remarks HM Steam Sloop Salem" describing angorages in the Baltic in 1855, a section titled “Journal of Proceedings HMS Steam Frigate Cyclops on Voyage to the Red Sea for the purpose of Sounding for the bed of electric cable” which consists of a narattive ending with ships about to be docked at Bombay in April 1860, and a section titled “A Few Remarks on the Chart of Bomany Harbour with no name as to its maker” .

Fonds consists of the service records of Peter Alan Burt including seaman's record book and certificate of discharge, certificate of proficiency dated 1959, and certificate of attendance for the Merchant Navy Defence Course which lists his name as Timothy P.A. Burt.

Also includes a collection of menus from the Union-Castle Line, Shaw Savill Line, Orient Line, and Cunard Line, dating from 1959 to 1961.

Fonds consists of three certificates of discharge for Calvin Foote dated 1876, 1881, and 1882, a manuscript listing of ships in which Foote served from 1886 to 1903 and the years he served as a pilot, 1907 to 1929, and a photocopy of a newspaper clipping of the obituary of Captain John Calvin Foote, early B.C. captain and pilot, dated 7 July 1949.

Fonds consists of certificates of discharge for Calvin Foote from various vessels, issued by the Mercantile Marine Office, dating from 1987 to 1883.

Fonds consist of a photo album composed of photographs, newspaper clippings, and certificates relating to Owen's work on the S.F. Tolmie. Inscribed by his partner, Gertrude Owen: "Loving Memory of my late husband who served on the S.F. Tolmie Sept 16th 1921."
