Fonds consists of a scrapbook containing memorabilia belonging to Stanley Arthur Fromm, Royal Navy. Consists primarily of photographs from HMS Centurion and HMS Sheffield, as well as a handwritten booklet recounting the sinking of the German Battleship Bismarck and information regarding the Russian Convoy Club for those who took part in Arctic Convoys to North Russian during World War II.

Fonds consists of a photocopy of a manuscript titled "Second World War Notes" written by Captain R.H. Chicken, RCN, retired. (The original book is at CFB Esquimalt, Naval & Military Museum).

Also includes two naval cartoons that came from the collection of Captain Chicken, R.C.N. from his 1960 50th anniversary Royal Canadian Navy file. They are hand drawn in ink and pencil on mat board.
