Fonds consists of an unsigned invitation to visit the Canadian Pacific Railway Company's new vessel RMS Empress of Russia at Victoria on 7 June 1913, a boarding pass allowing G.W.A. Crocker and assistant to visit Canadian Pacific Railways's RMS Empress of Asia disembarking troops in Victoria on 24 January 1919, and twelve Canadian Pacific Railway wharf passes signed by L.D. Chethan.

Fonds consists of an examiner's certificate of qualification stating that William Thomas Dunlin is qualified to discharge the duties of examiner in navigation and seamanship, dated 23 April 1894.

Also includes a passenger list for RMS Tahiti dated 10 October 1913 including route chart, pages 34 and 35 from the San Francisco Chronicle dated 16 January 1915, a package of participant permits (all permits have been torn out) from the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco 1915 signed by J. Millford with an envelope, and a ticket for the California Pacific International Exposition in San Diego, 1935.

Fonds consists of a souvenir magazine for the W.R.C.N.S. Vancouver reunion to be held 22-24 August 1958.
