Consists primarily of correspondence related to the M/V Weser between the NSDAP and the Stutzpunkleiter (base action leader) of the Nazi Party dating from 1937 to 1939. Documents are all in German except one crew list which is in Spanish.

Fonds consists of photocopies of documents relating generally to the Royal Canadian Navy and the Royal Navy and one informational booklet for the centennial of HMC Dockyard, Esquimalt, photocopies of documents related to the service of William Charles Sawyer as a private in the Royal Marine Light Infantry, including civilian occupation references, dating primarily to the 1890s, and photocopies of correspondence relating to the maintenance of the graves of Royal Marines on San Juan Island, including a sketch of the grave site.

Also includes a blank, sample certificate of apprenticeship for the Royal Canadian Navy, a certificate awarded to successful apprentices on completion of apprentice training in an HMC Dockyard, and a Centennial Naval Assemblies booklet produced by the Royal Canadian Navy for the 1967 Centennial Naval Review including photos and texts of naval assemblies.
