Fonds consists of service records for James? White including a certificate of service with the Royal Navy from 1807 to 1812, a certificate of service with the Royal Navy from 1812 to 1814, a certificate of conduct and ability for Joseph White from the Marine Society's Training Ship Warspite dated 30 October 1876, and a certificate of discharge for J. White from the Mercantile Marine Office dated 19 October 1877.

Fonds also includes a collection of envelopes commemorating the visits of warships to various ports, dating from the 1930s to the 1950s. One is in German.

Fonds consists of a warrant of imprisonment under the Naval Discipline Act addressed to the Governor or Keeper of H.M. Provincial Goal, Victoria, BC, committing George McCleave, stoker of HMS Warspit for 42 days with hard labour on the charge of being drunk and unfit for duty, beginning 14 September 1892. Signed by H. Lambton, Captain.

Fonds consists of a journal and remark book kept by engineering lieutenant F.E.P. Haigh on HMS Warspite during the period of 28 March 1899 to 11 June 1902, including clippings, photos, and memorabilia.

Also includes a handwritten manuscript for the Christmas Pantomime "Robinson Crusoe or The Tail of a Treasure" performed at the Theatre Royal, Naval Yard, Esquimalt, and written and produced bu the gunroom officers of HMS Warspite.
