Slipped inside the back of the first book is a certificate issued by the general register and record office of shipping and seamen dated 15 January 1919, listing the vessels on which C. Bonner served from 1916 to 1918.

Also includes a certificate of competency first class engineer (steamship) for Clarence J. Bonner no. 60423 dated 10 September 1924 and a photocopy of a scroll/monument awarded to Clarence J. Bonner by Canadian Pacific Railway Company for his service during World War I.

Fonds consists of two photo albums containing images of HMS Barham (a naval ship used to deploy balloons in World War I), balloons dating to 1916, German Warships in Scapa Flow, and the training centre at Rockhampton (the training centre of the Royal Navy Airforce) dating to 1915.

Fonds consists of photographs of ships and crew dating to the 1950s and documents in a Canadian Armed Forces folder. The documents include a page full of signatures for the retirement of Lieutenant Commander Joe Prosser, R.C.N., information on HMCS Oriole, a biography of Lieutenant Commander James Gracie, information regarding sail training, and a letter from James R.
