Album 3: Contains memorabilia related to Cunard Steamship Company Limited including invitations, passenger lists, promotional pamphlets, menus, cards, newspaper clippings, magazine articles, photos, and letters. Also includes documents relating to Kent Line Limited, Motor Vessel Owners, the Royal Navy, and Royal Mail Ships. Documents date from 1958 to 1968.

Album 4: Contains documents notes, photographs, and newspaper clippings related to the Titanic, the Queen Mary I and II, The Queen Elizabeth II the Queen Mary II, the Royal Navy, the Royal Merchant Navy; the Royal Canadian Navy, the United States Navy, and the Shanghai Incident of 1949.

Album 5: Contains photos of North West Territories Marine Operations from 1976 to 1979.

Fonds consists of a journal prepared by an officer of HMS Daring (on station 1874-1898) in 1879. Contains remarks on mercantile naval courts, references to mercantile shipping acts, and records of correspondence dating from 28 February 1876 to 18 February 1880, referring to Mr. A.N.C. King.

Fonds consists of a handwriten letter and data salvages from the wreck of the Strathan, 1900. The letter is dated 29 September 1899 from Bee to George F. Wake, Esq. Also, a photograph of a young lady, presumed to be Bee. The two envelopes addressed to Mr. Wake are torn.

Fonds consists of photographs of ships and crew dating to the 1950s and documents in a Canadian Armed Forces folder. The documents include a page full of signatures for the retirement of Lieutenant Commander Joe Prosser, R.C.N., information on HMCS Oriole, a biography of Lieutenant Commander James Gracie, information regarding sail training, and a letter from James R. Gracie to T.J. Patterson, Deputy Superintendent, US Department of Transportation dated 1984.

• Two handwritten letters dated 18 July and 22 July 1814, signed by W. Steward, HMS San Josef addressed to captain John Phillips, RN and my brother which begins by saying “The French fleet are now in sight” and lists how Stewart wished his property to be divided equally between his son and daughter and enumerating how he wished various effects divided and debts owed to his Coxswain and servant,
• Commissioning certificate appointing Lieutenant William Stewart as lieutenant of HMS Royal William, dated 15 may 1797,
• Commissioning certificate appointing William Stewart as commander of HMS [?], dated May 1810.

Fonds consists of a letter written to the editors of Saanich Peninsula and Gulf Islands Review, February 1955, by Edmund Oldfield providing some historical information regarding HMS Ganges. The information supplied is the authors recollections and may not be correct.

Fonds consists of extracts from private letters written by Rear Admiral E.S. Alexander-Sinclair regarding the surrender of the German battlefleet, the High Seas Fleet in 1918.

Fonds consists of correspondence from Rear-Admiral H.F. Stephenson (Royal Navy Pacific Station) to Lt. Col. G.A.L. Rawstorne relating to mine recommendations by the Admiralty and a reply containing a detailed report and chart with sections contributed by Captain G.E. Barnes and Lt. Poole, Royal Marine Artillery. Chart is of the mouth of Esquimalt Harbour.
