Cairney, RalphFonds consists of assorted passenger lists, guest lists, postcards, correspondence, and invitations relating primarily to voyages to and from Manila, dating from 1921 and 1930 to 1938. There are also two United States Philippine Islands passports issued in 1931 and 1934 to Ina Elizabeth Olnick (born in Chicago 25 November 1899), accompanied by children: Benjamin S., Jr., Van M., and Barbara Lucille. The letters numbered 0010 and 0011 survived the bombing of Manila in World War II and were brought by the donor's father to Seattle in 1945 after his internment by the Japanese at Santo Tomas University, Manila, Philippine Islands, from 1942 to 1945. Also, a framed souvenir coloured drawing of the Canadian Pacific Steamship Empress of Japan.

Fonds consists of a Sons of the Sea initiation certificate for M/V Moveria dated 8 October 1935, and 7 photo albums consisting of photographs of vessels organized into the categories naval vessels, fishing vessels, passenger and freight vessels, ferries and government vessels, tugs, and dockyards around Vancouver Island. Also included are 47 loose album pages.
Fonds also includes an oak box contains mostly photographs from 1963 to 1967 of ships in Victoria. There are a mix of naval vessels, coast guard ships, and various vessels in local shipyards, including Island Tug and Barge.
Kirkendale, JohnFonds consists of personal and professional documents and memorabilia related to Eric Leslie Hammer, wireless operator. Dating primarily from the 1930s and 1940s but also including a certificate of marriage between Eric Leslie Hammer and Yuiko Kato, married 29 June 1977.
Includes a screenplay written by Hammer, postcards, newspaper clippings, certificates, citation of valour, and travel photographs including some photographs of a Mr. and Mrs. Rogers and a reel of film taken of RMS Empress of Russia. Fonds includes two Department of Naval Services inspection reports for HMC Dockyards, Halifax and Esquimalt prepared by George Phillips and 11 Department of Naval Services folders containing documents relating to the operation of the naval stores dating from 1917-1922. as well as photocopies of correspondence between George Phillips, V. Stefansson, Mrs. R.M. Anderson, Mrs. Murray, and G.J. Desbarats dating from 1913 to 1915.
Fonds also includes miscellaneous ephemeral related to the Royal Canadian Navy including two issues of "The Naval Volunteer" Magazine dating to December 1915 and January 1916, a Royal Naval Club, Esquimalt account book dating from October 1896 to 31 October 1911, a small painting of HMS Shearwater c. 1911, a pencil drawing of a fireplace with specs c. 1931, a handwritten letter in envelope dated 1912, and a Seattle press club visitor's card for Mr. G. Phillips.
Also includes a small booklet containing information about Canadian Pacific Steamships and a passenger list for the Empress of Scotland sailing from Quebec to Cherbourg and Southampton Wednesday 18 July 1928 as well as a diner menu for Tuesday 24 July 1928 and a lunch menu for Wednesday 25 July 1928. The menus are postcards on the reverse and were collected as souvenirs of a voyage taken by Miss J. Phillips.
