Fonds consists of a commissioning booklet of HMCS Okanagan dated 22 June 1968, a souvenir programme for the launch of HMCS Onondaga written by Mrs. P.T. Hellyer 25 September 1965, and two copies of "Launch of HMCS Ojibwa" by Lady Miers 29 February 1964. The first copy has the service for the launching of HMCS Ojibwa slipped into back cover.

Fonds consists of a typed letter addressed to Rear Admiral E.W. Finch-Noyes recounting the writer's experience of the near sinking of the HMCS Grilse in 1916 and a newspaper clipping from 1916 that states that Grilse and all men are believed to be lost.

Also includes commissioning booklets of HMCS Saquenay, Skeena, Margaree, and Chaudiere, dating from 1956, 1957, and 1959, and a programme for the presentation of the Queen's Colour to the Royal Canadian Navy by Her Majesty the Queen in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Saturday 1 August 1959.

This ledger appears to have been compiled by a dockyard official and contains several sets of records including all warships and other vessels supported by the Dockyard from 1898 to 1917, colliers that arrived Esquimalt from 1914 to 1917 with quantities of coal discharged and sources (whether Welsh or local or Australian), names of Admiralty colliers and transports that called at Esquimalt in 1915, a brief descriptions of coaling stations on the BC coast, lists of personnel employed in Esquimalt Dockyard from 1911 to 1917, wages paid from 1914 to 1915, and record of times to coal ships on various dates in 1917 which records how long coaling took and the average rate per hour.
