Fonds consists of four documents:
- The House of Commons Debates Official Report - Unrevised Edition, Wednesday 19 April 1916,
- Two copies of the commissioner's report on the Pelagic Sealing Commission addressed to the Honourable John D. Hazen, Minister of Marine and Fisheries of Canada,
- A royal commission report addressed to the Honourable Mr. Justice Audette, commissioner, dated 10 September 1916, consisting of claims by Pelagic Sealers arising out of the Washington Treaty, 7 July 1911,
- The regulations made under the Paris Award which came into force 1894.
