Built in 1937 by Boeing Aircraft (Canada) Ltd for Nootka Packing Co. as a seiner fishing boat. Requisitioned 1940-1944 for the RCAF while crewed by the Fishermen’s Reserve although she is not officially a part of the Reserve.
