Built in 1933 in Woolston Southhampton. She was requisitioned 1940-1947 as an armed yacht.

The file also contains reports on: Work Necessary for Special Survey, Hull Survey done in Southhampton (1938), and inspections of hull and machinery (made at Yarrows).
