Fonds consists of an examiner's certificate of qualification stating that William Thomas Dunlin is qualified to discharge the duties of examiner in navigation and seamanship, dated 23 April 1894.

Also includes a passenger list for RMS Tahiti dated 10 October 1913 including route chart, pages 34 and 35 from the San Francisco Chronicle dated 16 January 1915, a package of participant permits (all permits have been torn out) from the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco 1915 signed by J. Millford with an envelope, and a ticket for the California Pacific International Exposition in San Diego, 1935.

Fonds consists of a pocket size New Testament belonging to T.B. Campbell-Hope, and a Bernard's Nautical Star Chart.

Also includes two scrapbooks containing clippings, menus, tickets, and photographs of the Merchant Navy taken from various vessels and in various naval ports. Also includes one photo album of various light stations and harbours across Vancouver Island.

Fonds consists of an invitation, a programme, and a newspaper clipping relating to the naming of the dock ceremony at CFB, Esquimalt, 1971.

Also includes blank cards with coloured drawings of Victoria and Vancouver Island sites from the 1800s and a scrapbook containing printed view cards of landmarks in Egypt and Quebec, cigarette card photos, and photos of various vessels.

Fonds consists of photographs taken by E.T. Anfield of the parade ground at HMCS Naden and the parade on the day when the white ensign was replaced by the new Canadian Flag.
