Fonds consists of a copy of three of Lord Horatio Nelson's signatures, before and after the loss of his right arm collected by H.L. Cadieux. Signatures are on the back of a wood frame and are dated 1786, 1797, and 1802.

And, a booklet titled "Funnel Markings B.C. Coastal Shipping Companies" containing hand illustrated listings of the markings of various British Columbia vessels.

Fonds consists of

• Canadian merchant Service Guild correspondence and invitations dating from 1952 to 1974,

• Constitution and by-laws dated 1919,

• Agreement between the province of British Columbia's department of highways, B.C. ferries division and the Marine Branch licensed in co-operation with the Canadian Merchant Service Guild with Affiliates, 1968.

Also includes a 1944 and a 1945 Canadian Merchant Service Guild year books, including the annual report for each year.
